Composite Post Insulators are high-performance electrical insulation components designed for medium and high voltage overhead power distribution systems.
These are custom pre-crimped semi-finished post insulators developed for our customers. Both the core rod and metal fittings are manufactured in-house by our company. The two components are pre-crimped in our factory. Customers only need to carry out the final production step - vulcanization. After subsequent testing, the finished insulators are ready.

Q: Will it also be tested before shipping without silicone rubber? Is it possible to test?
A: Yes, we will test the mechanical load piece by piece. We can test the mechanical load the crimped fiberglass core and end fittings even without silicone rubber.
Q: What information is needed for a post insulator?
A: The mechanical load, creepage distance, install dimensions(distance between two holes) are needed for getting a quotation.
