Composite Post Insulators are high-performance electrical insulation components designed for medium and high voltage overhead power distribution systems. They combine a fiberglass reinforced polymer (FRP) core rod with a high-quality HTV silicone rubber housing, providing excellent electrical insulation, mechanical strength, and environmental resistance.
Our company manufactures finished post insulator polymer and also provides semi-finished product services for clients. We crimp the fiberglass core rod and the metal fittings together to export them as semi-finished goods according to the customer's requirement. This allows clients who has their own factories to simply perform the final vulcanization step to create their own finished products; by doing this helps reduce tariffs on finished goods in certain countries and increases profit for the client.

ECR fiberglass core rod -- made by us
ECR (E-Corrosion Resistant) epoxy fiberglass core rod is made of boron-free ECR glass roving reinforced high-temperature epoxy via continuous pultrusion. Superior acid & salt spray corrosion resistance effectively prevents brittle fracture under stress, ideal for coastal, industrial polluted, DC transmission and railway overhead lines. We manufacture this core rod in house with our own facilities, we cut them into needed sizes and lengths according to users. We also test every lot of core rod since we have our own testing machine.
Metal fittings-- made by us
All metal fittings of our line post insulators adopt hot-dip galvanized steel technology. Thick and uniform zinc alloy coating provides reliable anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance under coastal salt spray, industrial pollution and rainy weather. The sacrificial zinc layer protects steel substrate even with minor surface abrasion, ensuring long-term stable operation of overhead power lines. But this time, we use different material according to customer's will, we use Aluminum Alloy ADC12, we have our own molding to support any required materials.
