Team Building At Shuanglong Cave: Strengthening Our Team Beyond The Workplace

To create a more positive and supportive working environment, our team organized a team-building trip on August 22, to Shuanglong Cave in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province. The activity gave our employees an opportunity to step away from their daily work, enjoy nature, and spend quality time together outside the workplace.

During the trip, our team explored the scenic area, enjoyed the surrounding natural landscape, and shared many relaxed and memorable moments together. Away from the office and production lines, colleagues from different departments had more opportunities to communicate, get to know each other, and strengthen their understanding of one another.

Jinhua Shuanglong Cave, a national 5A‑level tourist attraction, famous for its spectacular karst cave landscape, its highlight is the cave entry by lying‑down boat. Inside the cave, stalactites and stalagmites take countless varied shapes. The site offers refreshing coolness in summer, when the outside temperature soars above 35°C in midsummer, the cave maintains a constant temperature of 18‑22°C, making it a natural summer retreat.

For us, team building is more than simply taking a break. It is an important part of creating a healthy company culture. Good communication and mutual trust among employees can lead to better cooperation at work, especially when different teams need to work closely together to meet customer requirements and deliver reliable products.
