Products Description
10KV composite post insulator operate by creating a high-resistance physical gap between a live electrical conductor and the grounded support structure.
High Dielectric Strength: Constructed from premium HTV silicone rubber over a solid-core FRP rod, the body prevents electrical breakdown through the interior (punctureproof design).
Optimized Creepage Distance: The sheds on the outer core extend the surface leakage path (creepage distance). This stops electrical current from tracking along the wet or contaminated outer surface during rain, salt spray, or industrial dust exposure.
Load Distribution: Metal end fittings (flanges or caps) at both ends are crimped onto the insulator body, evenly distributing tension, compression, and cantilever bending forces into the mounting pole or frame.
